Motocross is categorized as an extreme sport. As a rider, you are well aware of its physical and mental demands on your body and mind. 

 

 MotoreadyMX Instruction is designed to educate riders in all facets of this sports.  It addresses the physical, mental, and even nutritional aspects of Motorcross riding. A well educated rider is a safe rider.

 

Coach Michael Dempster possesses a passion for the sport.  He is a seasoned, accomplished rider who has dedicated himself to this sport. He will effectively prepare his students to be knowledgeable and meet rider set goals.

Motocross racing can be entered into as early as four years old.  Children of this age use 50cc bikes.
